Little Berwick Cottage is a traditional stone thatched cottage just two miles from Burton Bradstock. The cottage can sleep eight in five bedrooms, 2 x king-size (one with sn-suite), 3 x single (one with additional single pull out bed) and a shower room and family bathroom. The cottage has a large kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with dining area. The cottage has a large lawned garden with furniture and off road parking for three cars. Little Berwick Cottage is an ideal place to explore across Dorset for your large family or group of friends. Note: No BBQs allowed due to the thatch. Note: Mobile phone signal is patchy or none depending on your provider, please check your coverage prior to booking if this is important to you. Note: This property has parking for three cars only. Any additional cars will need to be parked in village 2.5 miles away. Please note: This property has a step into the property and 2 steps in the kitchen. This property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Please note: This property accepts 7 night minimum bookings throughout Jun - Aug. Town: Burton Bradstock is the perfect spot for a peaceful break on England's south coast, with the South West Coastal Path running alongside for you walking enthusiasts. The village itself boasts 16th and 17th century thatched cottages as well as two pubs, a shop and a Post Office, the glistening Hive Beach is a wonderful spot to spend the summer days with the magnificent cliffs as a backdrop, there is also a lovely café to sit and relax in, once a year the Spring Tide Festival is held which would be worth lining up your holiday with! There are many attractions and activities to enjoy around here, with the stunning coastal resort of Weymouth making for an excellent day out. Alternatively, head inland to the county town of Dorchester and Yeovil for great shopping, architecture, eating and drinking.

Great stay, a little dated but to be expected given how old the cottage is. Narrow lanes but everything within a short drive. Good for elderly as it has a downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

Arrived as scheduled to find the property had not been cleaned from prior guests. Lengthy process to reach emergency contact.Cleaning crew then arrived two hours later and hurried serviced the property. Too late in the evening for us to do anything other than wait on the patio well into the evening. Discovered the next morning that the shower was inoperable and was not repaired until our last day. Considering the cost of our stay, we are most unhappy.
Otherwise a nice property in pleasant location.
