About this cottage rental
A newly furnished house within the heart of Sherborne tucked off the bustling Cheap Street. Although in the heart of Sherborne this is a very quiet property. The lounge, kitchen and diner are well equipped with everything you might need. There are 3 bedrooms one with twin beds, one zip and link Super king bed (or twin) and one with a kingsize bed en suite shower room. There is one additional bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
We are within walking distance of all the Sherborne attractions and train station.
The space
The Yard House was originally part of a soft drinks factory in the centre of Sherborne. We have divided the house into 2 cottages. One is a 2 bedroom cottage and the second has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The house can be rented as a whole house or as 2 seperate properties. There is a small courtyard garden at the entrance to house which is shared between the two properties. Both properties have access to a washing machine and drier in the laundry.
