Lakeland Lodge is a superb, spacious lodge, with a much loved pretty & secluded south facing garden housing it's own 6/7 person private hot tub. This is available all year round, perfect for enjoying your favourite drink day or night gazing at the stars.
There is a child friendly bar/cafe on site where you can play pool and darts for free, with a children's play area straight opposite, and this is just 3 minutes walk away!
It is ideal for larger groups of family or friends, specially built to be a place where folk could enjoy time together, and chill amongst the unspoilt country side and abundant wildlife, yet Norfolks many attractions are within easy reach.
Lakeland Lodge is a paradise for keen fishermen, bird watchers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Water skiing, run by Premier skiing, (seasonal) is available on site by prior arrangement. The area offers lovely woodland rambles, the quiet surrounding country lanes afford easy and relaxed walking and cycling.
It is ideally located for exploring the area’s myriad attractions, from the glorious unspoilt sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea, to seal watching trips at Morston and a wealth of family fun at Hunstanton, a Victorian seaside resort with a beach and famous striped cliffs. Just 15 min. drive away lies King’s Lynn, home to an historic harbourside and popular Tuesday market, whilst in the opposite direction there is the town Swaffam. The Queen’s Estate at Sandringham is also within easy reach as are the fragrant Norfolk lavender fields and quaint little town of Holt. Great days out should include trips to the lovely medieval cathedral city of Norwich, capital of Norfolk.
