About this house rental
Amara House is a four bedroom luxurious vacation house on a high street with shops, yet discreetly tucked nicely in such a way allowing for a serene ambience for great relaxation and privacy.
It is situated just 0.8 miles from the new north cambridge train station (with direct train to london), and within 1 minute walking distance to bus stops which in about 6 mins takes you right to the heart of Cambridge. You can as well go around the city by leisurely walk, along the Cam river, just 5 minutes walk away.
The House is a large and uniquely spacious four bedroom house with FREE PARKING and a 350MB Wi-Fi connection speed.
THE SPACE :
The house is intentional and creatively decorated and furnished with premium brand luxury appliances for the comfort of families, friends and corporate professionals.
The open plan living area is tastefully furnished with a solid oak dining table with 6 chairs, 2 beautiful sofas, and a 55" Smart TV with access to Netflix etc. A side double glazed French doors that leads unto a patio that forms part of a garden to the front of the house, gives the space a very airy feel.
The master bedroom had at numerous times been described as ‘quintessentially old Britain’. It has a 50” Tv and 2 double beds and high-quality pocket-sprung mattresses. It has a comfortable swivel chair and a solid oak table for work-from-home set up.
There are 3 more bedrooms, with each having been uniquely decorated with a lot of character and personality.
The bathroom and toilet downstairs are located in separately. On entering into the premium luxury family bathroom upstairs, with it’s stand alone bath, a luxury bath and shower experience immediately silently calls out to you. On this level, the toilet are as well located in separate rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large Samsung refrigerator, Miele brand appliances; including dish washer, washing machine, oven etc; a kitchen Island with 4 stools, toaster, coffee maker etc. The full range of cooking utensils indeed makes it a chef’s kitchen.

When we arrived it was very cold in the house. It seemed as if the heating was on, but the hot shower did not work either. After our inspection, the boiler turned out to have no water pressure. After our call to the landlord, the problem was resolved immediately.

Large kitchen well stocked with utensils and crockery. Beds comfortable and showers were hot. Good food at the adjoining fish and chips shop next door. Lovely walk to town centre along the river. Would stay there again.

I have rental properties and I was impressed with their attention to detail both with sign in and follow up of small issues that we had. Cambridge is beautiful and the property is well located to everything. For us it was much better than two rooms in a hotel and we enjoyed the space. Andrew
