Located in an elevated Provencal village, in a very quiet environment with a breathtaking view, you'll be just a 5-minute drive from the Opio golf course, 10 minutes from Grasse or 25 minutes from Cannes or Antibes. You'll be in a natural setting close to the city, 30 minutes from the sea and within easy reach of all the CĂ´te d'Azur's attractions.
## Transit
A vehicle is strongly recommended. A private parking space will be reserved for you in front of the house.
## Notes
A deposit of €2,000 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. For this we use the secure Swikly online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit. It's just an imprint of your credit card coupled with insurance. All secure.
