This 2-storey house has a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 5,500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- The Mimosa and Oliviers rooms: air-conditioned, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and direct access to the garden and swimming pool
- A bathroom (with bath and WC)
At the back of the house :
- The Jasmin bedroom: with a queen-size bed, a shower room with WC
- A separate WC
Lower part of the house :
- The Lavender bedroom: with a queen-size bed (160x200), a bathroom (with bath and WC)
- A utility room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 70 m² sun terrace, facing south/south-west, furnished with outdoor furniture and parasols.
- A 20 m² covered terrace, facing south/south-west, adjoins the kitchen and connects to the solarium, providing an ideal space for meals.
- Facing south-west, the fully enclosed property benefits from a 5,500 m² garden. A natural hedge separates the second building, known as Le Cigalon, guaranteeing total independence.
- A private swimming pool measuring 9m x 4m, secured by a standard alarm. Open from mid-June to mid-September.
The house is ideally located in Grasse-Plascassier, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visit the Musée International de la Parfumerie to discover the history of perfumes and how they are made
- Discover the art and life of the XVIIIᵉ century at the Villa Musée Jean-Honoré Fragonard or the Musée Provençal du Costume et du Bijou
- Stroll through the ancient streets to panoramic viewpoints over the hills and out to sea if the weather is clear
- Take a half-day excursion to the hilltop villages of the hinterland for spectacular views and typical southern French ambience.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (5 vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Nice-Côte d'Azur, 28 km away.

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- There are security cameras outside the accommodation, but they are not operational.
