Lovely Panoramic Views

Wonderful two weeks stay at this gorgeous villa. Everything was perfect! Thanks so much again

The property was wonderful for our family vacation of 11 adults. The house is very well layed out and provides plenty of room for a large group. The kitchen is well equipped and with the barbecue in the yard allows to cook your own meals. The yard is beautifully designed and offers many different spots to relax. The fireplace is a great place for evening chats. Leona is a pleasure to work with and made check in and check out very easy. Plenty to explore in the area with short trips. We enjoyed our stay very much and will choose this property again if we can make another trip.

We had the most wonderful time at Leona’s house! This is really the property to book if you have lots of people, especially kids, and want to be comfortable and entertained while staying in a slightly more rural area. It was wonderful from a comfort perspective - there were lots of bathrooms and air conditioning in all but one bedroom (and with heat becoming more and more of a problem this is really, unfortunately often a necessity in summer). And then it had all the little items you could ask for that are often missing from rental houses - tons of plates/cutlery, stuff to cook with, extra shampoo/toiletries, pool toys, games for kids etc. The house is really stocked which makes arrival a breeze and allows you to replace things as needed. The other main thing is that the exterior parts of the house are like a children’s dream that also manages to cater to adults. Our kids were running between the pool, tree house, swing set, trampoline, zip line and ping pong table while the adults sat on the upstairs porch, the downstairs porch, fire pit and poolside chairs. For groups it just could not be more comfortable and fun. Leona and her family were so wonderful to deal with, answering the littlest questions and making sure to be responsive with any requests. They leave a really comprehensive book for arrival (not just Wi-Fi and instructions but also local restaurants, markets, rainy day activities, emergency things etc) but then are open to helping. From having two cribs and high chairs for our kids on arrival to sharing where the stash of umbrellas are for a rainy day it felt very special to have them care so much that we enjoyed our stay. And the area is wonderful, if you are looking to be out of the hustle and bustle but near to tons of places to visit. You’re within 10 minutes of lovely towns like Valbonne and Grasse and an easy 20-40 minute drive to bigger sites like Nice, St Paul de Vence, Antibes and Cannes, as well as the beach . But it was a perfect jumping off point to enjoy the various nearby towns in the morning and then hung out at the house with the kids in the afternoon, then grilled most nights on the wonderful outdoor grill. We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. If you have a big group with kids you absolutely cannot go wrong with this lovely house

This home is amazing. It looks even better than the pictures and was perfect for a big group. There are plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen is huge. The yard is beautiful. The A/C works well. I hope we’re able to come back!
