We had a family gathering of ten who came from far and wide. The house and outside area provided us with a gorgeous ambience — lots of space to eat, drink, visit and relax. Everything about the property is tasteful and well thought out. Our group played ping pong, darts and boule; spent lots of time in the large pool and elegant pool lounge chairs. And the house is conveniently located to take day trips. We had lunch in Antibes, dinner in Cap Ferrat, a cruise from Cannes - among other excursions. The host provides a booklet with invaluable information on where to go in the area. We all wished we could have stayed longer…

We had a wonderful time staying at Claire and Dominic's beautiful home. The pictures on the vrbo website are gorgeous but in person, the house, pool and property are even more beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The separate pool house kitchen and outdoor dining area is similarly well equipped and magical. We enjoyed swimming, playing cards, pingpong and boules on the separate boules court. Making pizza in the outdoor pizza oven was a favorite evening.
The house is perfectly situated just outside of Grasse, easy access to train station should you choose not to drive to some of the busier coastal towns/cities. It is also an easy drive to the coast, Antibes, Cannes, Eze as well as interior towns such as Valbonne, Mougin etc.
The only suggestions for the the house would be a couple of deck/storage boxes for the variety of cushions at the many seating areas that should be put away if rain is expected.
