This was our 3rd year to visit this specific home and it was better than ever! Only one issue was the nearby boardwalk was being reconstructed and we had to walk down to the next one, which was not the owners fault. I highly recommend this rental. The home is absolutely beautiful with many special details.

Check in was easy.Tried to make conversation with Blanca.I said that I remembered her name in our text. She responded "I don't text." I said sorry meant email. She was not friendly. Just went through the process of checking me in. Maybe she was having a bad day. I was excited about starting my vacation but after I left I was feeling annoyed. Maybe she was having a bad day. Who knows. Other than that everything was fine.

This is our second time to stay at Breath easy. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities. Our family enjoys the kitchen - fun to cook in, easy access to the beach, morning coffee on the porch, cocktails on the porch and most of all the pool/hot tub on the bottom level. The house is clean and well maintained. Cobb Real Estate was friendly and easy to work with! Best family vacation!
