The Space:
This stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located on a quieter part of the peninsula, but still close to restaurants and shops. Salt & Lime has a unique setup with sleeping for 22, making it perfect for several families to get together. You'll be situated on a beach access road, so you're just minutes away from "toes in the sand"!
The large mezzanine deck is the star of the show -there's a fun bar area with loads of seating, table and chairs for dining or card games, picnic tables, and a separate bathroom! Enjoy all the shaded space to play games or just relax. It's the perfect place to gather with family and friends and make wonderful beach memories.
Indoors you will find a comfortable living area that opens to a well-stocked kitchen and a large island. You'll have the comforts of home with a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.
Three bedrooms feature two queen beds in each. The fourth bedroom has one queen over queen over queen (3 levels) bunk bed. The top floor bedrooms each have a private patio/sitting area. For additional sleeping, there are two twin over queen bunk beds situated behind the sitting area in the living room.
On the ground level, you will find plenty of parking, a basketball goal, and an outdoor shower - great for washing off a day spent in the sand and surf. You will love your time at Salt & Lime!
No parties or events, please.
Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

The house was huge. Plenty of sleeping area for your group. Floors need to be mopped and the previous guests didn’t clean up the appliances like each guest is to do. I would stay again if I had a large group. We had 15 people and had extra beds to use. Not far from the beach and it was so high up you could see the beach in areas. Great house!

The place needs some updating in the area of cleanliness. Mold on pillows and matress covers, bean bag chair and dinning chairs. Great location, plenty of outdoor space and living space
