The Space:
Texas Music House is a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom red dirt music lover's dream. This one-of-a-kind house sleeps 22 comfortably with all the comforts of home, plus a deck and pool we only wish we had at home! You will be just a quick walk away from the beach, close enough to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves.
After a day at the beach, you can stretch out on the custom sectional sofa in the living room, or watch one of the many smart TVs available in the home, enjoying ALL the Texas country music decor you can imagine! High speed internet is also available for all of your devices. The well-stocked kitchen includes two refrigerators, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to prepare and serve meals. For your convenience, the home also has two sets of washers and dryers (one on each floor).
On the expansive upper deck you will find abundant seating with lounge chairs and a picnic tables, an awesome view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, along with a private pool. Downstairs you have a small putting green, charcoal grill, and plenty of parking for all your guests.
This property also offers a cargo lift - just what you need for getting your luggage and those heavy coolers of food/drinks upstairs.

Banita Creek Hall Bedroom: one king bed, TV, with an ensuite bath
Willie Nelson Bunk Room: 6 twin beds, TV (non-connecting bathroom is in the hallway outside of this room)
Gruene Hall Bedroom: one king bed, TV, with an ensuite bathroom
William Clark Green Bedroom: one king bed, TV, with an ensuite bath
Bunk Room: 4 twin beds (bunks), 2 queen beds (bunks), TV, ensuite bathroom
Roger Creager Bedroom: one king bed, TV, ensuite bath
Small pets (dogs under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

This house and the people at Swedes never disappoint!

Great location. Amenities are well planned. Linens and towels were delivered late and stacked on the stairwell without telling us they had arrived. We had to make our own beds and, while doing so, found that five of the beds had dirty sheets and pillow cases on them. The Property Manager never replied to my concerns on this issue. On the other hand, when a refrigerator had an issue they had a maintenance tech there promptly who did a good, quick job. The mini-golf course was a wreck and we didn't let the kids use it because it was broken, boards were missing, and it was dirty. The inside of the house is worn and the rugs need replacing. Pots and pans were about a cheap as any I've ever encountered. Swede's Real Estate sent generic emails prior to our arrival that did not apply to our rental. All-in-all, a potentially great property that needs a better cleaning team and some TLC. We won't be back.
