Beautiful new 4 bed (+ Bonus Room), 3 bath home located in the Ocean Shores subdivision. 2nd row with awesome views. Features mezzanine deck with bedroom, bath, Bar room with full size refrigerator, microwave, sink.
Incredible views from both the mezzanine deck and upper deck. Both decks have custom wooden furniture. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths located on main floor. Your family will love this beautifully furnished home close to beach access. Total sleeping capacity 22.
1st Floor (outside)- Downstairs covered patio with a bar, outdoor shower and enough tables to accommodate your group.
2nd Floor (outside)-Covered patio with a bar and large custom tables. Large Hot Tub.
2nd Floor (Inside)-Two rooms with a full bathroom in between. Bathroom and bedrooms each have a door that go outside. One room has refrigerator, countertop, microwave, TV and full-size sofa bed. The other room on this floor has a queen bed, bunk bed, TV and large closet.
3rd Floor (Inside)- To the right side of the house you have a master bedroom with a dresser, TV and king bed. This room is connected to a full master bathroom. To the other side of the master bathroom is a small room with a bunk bed and connected to that room is the laundry room which then connects to the kitchen. On the left side of this floor is two bedrooms connected by a full bathroom. These two rooms each have two queen beds, dresser and TV. The living room has one full sofa bed, one twin sofa bed and one full contemporary sofa bed. There is a large dining table that sits 12 people and a spacious bar that seats around 10.

Our family had a fantastic time at the Seaside Escape. The house was large enough for our family of 9 adults and 6 children and had more than enough linens for our entire stay. The location was fantastic! The beach was not crowded and we had a front row seat to the nightly fireworks. Captain Steven was prompt with his responses to all our questions. Definitely recommend!
