Flooded with natural light, this sociable space boasts floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open directly onto the enclosed garden, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including dishwasher, and coffee machine. Bayhurst features a separate utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The enclosed garden is a haven for relaxation and outdoor fun. Enjoy al fresco dining around the outdoor log burner, or relax with drinks in the comfortable seating area. There's also an under-cover zone featuring a refreshing outdoor shower — ideal after beach days — and a ping pong table, ideal to entertain the children.
Bayhurst comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four generous bedrooms. The master bedroom situated on the first floor features a super king bed, ensuite bathroom, and balcony. Also on the first floor there is a large bedroom with 4 single beds and a further double bedroom, plus a family bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is a king room with ensuite and family bathroom with bath and walk in shower.
Tucked away in a peaceful spot, the house is just a short walk to the dog-friendly beach — ideal for seaside strolls, paddling, and searching for fossils. Bayhurst has parking for 4 vehicles only.

The kitchen has a quartz island with barstools, Neff and Bosch appliances, double oven, Nespresso machine, smoothie maker, dishwasher and well-stocked cupboards. An oversized modular sofa faces the TV, and a scrubbed pine dining table seats 12 alongside the bi-fold doors.
Bayhurst has a separate boot room/utility with sink, washer, dryer and racks for clothes, wellies and sandy shoes.

The house was fantastic and close to the beach, great entertainment space and kitchen set up perfect for family and friends to get away. The weather was pretty poor we still had a great stay.

The property was excellent, neat and clean and all extras supplied like tea sugar and even spices. The only problem we had was we were saying good bye to family when the host contacted us via the door bell saying we should not drive on the lawn, it spoiled our views of the stay as we felt we were being watched. Although the booklet says don’t drive on the lawn, some signs outside near the drive way would be beneficial to future visitors. So very happy overall just the doorbell experience put a damper on it

Great layout, very neat and clean, loads of extras. Had a bad experience from the host communicating via the Eufy door bell asking us not to drive in the lawn. It left a bad taste of the otherwise lovely stay. Left a feeling that we were being watched the whole stay. Could put signs up on drive way. I believe only 1 car reversed onto the lawn once. This doorbell experience dropped it from a 5 to a 4 overall rating
