Set on the edge of beautiful Chichester Harbour, this home in the village of Bosham promises a blend of coastal scenery, history and outdoor adventure creating an excellent destination for families or groups of friends. Start your stay with a leisurely walk around the tidal harbour, where the ever-changing waterline and colourful boats create a picturesque backdrop. Wander through Bosham’s quaint lanes, lined with traditional cottages, and visit the ancient Holy Trinity Church, famously linked to the Bayeux Tapestry and full of centuries of local history. 5 miles away, the cathedral city of Chichester is a cultural treasure trove, home to the Festival Theatre, independent shops, galleries, and its magnificent cathedral. Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy around the Chichester Harbour, with its scenic footpaths, birdwatching locations, and cycle routes. A 10-mile drive takes you to the golden sands of West Wittering Beach. Alternatively, head inland to the South Downs National Park, or to Goodwood (7 miles) for its world-famous motorsport and horse-racing events.


Step inside this delightful coastal cottage and feel instantly at home. The welcoming lounge greets you with a crackling wood burner for curling up beside after a day exploring. Just off this room sits a stylishly decorated en-suite bedroom, designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, and boasting a contemporary shower room. Continue through the home and you’ll find an inviting second lounge, complete with a TV and plush seating. From here, doors lead to the kitchen and a third lounge. Flooded with natural light, the third lounge is a lovely garden room with glass walls that frame tranquil views of the garden. Soft seating and a second wood burner make this an inviting spot, whatever the weather. From here, you can also access the beautifully finished blue bedroom, which includes its own en-suite shower room. The spacious, light-filled kitchen is well equipped for home cooking, with a large dining table that makes an ideal setting for leisurely breakfasts and evening meals. At the far end, a handy utility room has extra storage, a sink, and even a dedicated dog shower for washing off sandy paws after coastal walks. Upstairs, discover three further bedrooms, comprising: a generous master bedroom with a TV and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, plus two additional bedrooms served by a contemporary family bathroom.

Outside, the garden is a true haven. Sip your morning coffee or dine al fresco in one of two seating areas. Gather around the steel chiminea or unwind on the rattan suite beside the gas fire pit as the evening draws in. The mature garden also features a summer house with games, including table football and darts. Private off-road parking is available for two cars, with additional on-street parking subject to availability.
