Welcome to this stunning New England style beach house, a beautiful detached beachfront property in Bracklesham Bay, offering the perfect coastal escape for up to 10 guests. With direct access to the beach, breathtaking sea views, and open plan amenities, this home is ideal for families or groups looking to relax and unwind by the sea. Long Island sleeps 10 guests in 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms plus a further snug with sofa bed. Long Island offers a unique combination of coastal charm and modern living, whether you’re relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying a sunset BBQ in the garden, or cozying up by the log burner, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay on the coast. Long Island has private driveway parking and is dog friendly.
Enter the ground floor to find a bright, coastal entrance hallway with patio doors and views garden beyond. On this floor you will find 3 delightful ensuite bedrooms, 2 twin with ensuite shower rooms and 1 twin with ensuite bath over shower, this floor also has separate W/C and large utility room with washer/dryer/ironing facilities and wetsuit hanging. Open the patio doors to the large rear garden with its own private gate to the beach.
Alight the stairs to the impressive first floor with its large, open plan living/dining/kitchen, the whole space can be opened up via patio doors to the sea view balcony - the ideal place to watch the sun rise and set. The living area features a large cosy sofa, flatscreen TV and log burner. There is also an adjacent snug room with further TV and sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed to sleep 2.
Long Island has a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, American fridge/freezer, Quooker boiling water tap, wine fridge, microwave and Nespresso pod machine plus all cooking equipment to provide you with the perfect home away from home. The large dining table seats up to 10 guests, a high chair is available on request.
On the top floor you will find the master suite, nestled in the eaves of the house. The bedroom has stunning sea views and doors to let the sea air and sound of the waves roll in. This room features a king bed and freestanding bath as well as a separate bathroom with walk in shower and W/C.
Outside you will find a hot tub (can only be pre-booked for an additional charge of 200 GBP ), outdoor shower, Weber charcoal BBQ, plenty of seating and a private gate leading onto the spectacular Bracklesham Bay beach. Long Island has driveway parking for 4 vehicles and is dog friendly.

A spacious, stunning house, located right on the beach. We had a wonderful time celebrating a special birthday and the weather was glorious.
