Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency offers this 84 m² flat for rent in the town of Régny, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 1st floor without lift, it consists of a 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and you can enjoy an approximately 80 m² garden. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 bunk bed
- A bathroom with shower and access to the terrace
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- 25 m² wooden terrace with table, dining chairs, aperitif area, and worktop for plancha or barbecue.
- An 80 m² shared garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Régny, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- 15 minutes away, Lac des Sapins, a true haven of nature, offers many activities: swimming in the largest biological pool in Europe, sailing, pedal boating, paddle boarding, fishing, walking, cycling, or horseback riding, all in an exceptional natural setting of 115 hectares.
