About this apartment rental

This Stunning Two Bedroom Apartment on the First Floor is offered as a Holiday Let. Perfectly located on the picturesque Worthing seafront which has a South Facing BALCONY with breathtaking direct sea views. This lovely apartment for up to 5 guests has been newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard, this beautifully decorated apartment boasts all of the modern conveniences you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Worthing. This property welcomes Well Behaved Dog (at a small fee)

This stylish apartment has been well designed with open plan living/kitchen area with its amazing views across the promenade and sea is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the beach and local attractions. With modern decor throughout you have this lovely modern fitted kitchen for all your self catering needs. In the lounge area has a comfortable sofa with doors leading out to BALCONY and for any family members wanting their own space have steps leading up to a raised area with additional TV screen and comfy bed to lounge on perfect for watching movies or gaming. Off the hallway to the rear is Main Bedroom with King Size bed. Off the hallway is large modern shower room that has been designed to a high quality and Bedroom two to the front has Bunk beds and a raised area with single mattress as extra spill over, perfect for 3 children to share.

This property is conveniently located on Worthing's main sea front road. The sea is great for swimming and other water sports, and you'll be in the heart of the town centre with shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The lengthy palm tree lined promenade provides a short walk to the historic pier which opened in 1862. The Pavilion Theatre, Connaught Theatre and Dome Cinema are all within easy walking distance.

There are outdoor play parks a stroll away, one of which is near to the indoor swimming pool and gym at Splashpoint Leisure Centre. Worthing is now a 'go to' place for eating. There are a number of huts on the sea front serving food and drinks, some with seating on the beach. There are many good restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the apartment including our new 'Level 1' with restaurants on a large sunny terrace overlooking the sea and can highly recommend 'Perch on The Pier' (Please note allot of restaurants you will need to book in advance). There are a number of huts on the sea front serving food and drinks, some with seating on the beach.

Worthing is served by a train station (a slightly longer walk from the apartment) local buses, and a taxi rank. Brighton, Chichester, and Littlehampton are all easily accessible. Arundel is a picturesque cathedral town with an historic castle and is about 20 minutes away by car. The beautiful South Downs and outlying villages, ideal for country walking and mountain biking are easily accessible by car.

Along the sea front (not Zone A) there is free parking from 6pm on Saturday until 9am on Monday.
A few minutes' walk away is Grafton Multi Storey Car Park offering all day parking for £10.

Worthing is served by a train station (a 15 minute walk from the apartment) local buses, and a taxi rank. Brighton, Chichester, and Littlehampton are all easily accessible. Arundel is a picturesque cathedral town with an historic castle and is about 20 minutes away by car.
The beautiful South Downs and outlying villages, ideal for country walking and mountain biking are easily accessible by car.

Free parking is available to the west of Heene Road (approximately a 10-minute walk).
