Perfect sized property for family of 4. Kitchen gally way style really lovely design and plenty of storage. Full working order with everything needed. Enough storage if your staying a while with a large cupboard in front bedroom. Beds very comfortable and property warm. Amazing to have parking and also to be within a 3 minute walk to the sea front!!!
Wi-Fi not great for TV streaming platforms. Used phone hotspot. Signal on mobile poor.

Nicely situated near shops and beach, nice cottage for small adult group. Ideal for shopping/ restaurants etc. Great it has own parking .
Found not ideal with toddler due to stairs quite steep and no handrail to one wall & no stair gate,also for running around. Cottage nice but needs a little tlc, found seating in lounge uncomfortable and in twin bedroom. All in all nice little cottage and area but not ideal for young children to stay. We booked two nights but only stayed for one in the end

Location was great & quiet; dishwasher & washing machine -good; heating easy to operate. Free car parking was appreciated
Beds, bedding , towels, kitchen utensils & crockery have all seen better days. The bathroom taps failed ( partly rectified when reported- need updating?) Overall, the standard of cleaning was poor- a shame given the wonderful potential of the cottage
