This smart modern townhouse makes a fantastic family- and pet-friendly holiday home on the Sussex coast.
Downstairs you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living space, where guests can relax and dine in comfort. The patio garden features a barbecue and seating.
Upstairs the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while one bedroom is equipped with bunks and pull-out trundle for up to three children (or adults). There's a further single bedroom, ideal for an accompanying adult.
The house is located in a quiet residential street, 150 yards from the beach, where low tide reveals an expanse of shingle, sand and rock pools to explore. The centre of Worthing is a half-hour stroll along the promenade, while a short walk in the opposite direction brings you to Sea Lane Café, serving delicious cakes, and the Goring Greensward, where dogs will love to let off steam.
Shops, pubs and restaurants can all be found half-a-mile away on Goring Road parade.

A great house to stay. Well equipped (loved the fact that the kitchen cupboards are all labelled!), comfortable and lots of space. Really close to the sea with good parking. Would happily return. Owner was very quick to respond when we messaged before staying and very helpful.

We have been staying for a week with three adults and two children of 3 and 6 years. The house is located in a small cul de sac, so there is only minimal traffic. The beach and sea are only a short walk of about 2 minutes away; bus stops, restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. The area is a bit off from the main attractions, which was perfect for us since it was very quiet at night. The kids enjoyed the enclosed space behind the house when we weren't out and about. The house is lovingly decorated, the kitchen is well suplied with cutlery, dishes and such. Only negative aspects were the unclean dishes our predecessors left (the dishwasher's sieve was rather clotted and they apparently didn't care the dishes didn't come out clean) and the rather superficial cleanliness of the house. However this didn't dampen our spirits much and the owner (who called to ask if we were alright) was very kind on the phone.
Definite recommendation! :)
