The location was perfect and the size of property was great for our needs.
The downstairs lounge would benefit from a deep clean. Had debris behind the sofa. Which we couldn't get to as it would mean pulling the sofa out.

Very pretty property in a perfect location.
It had two kitchens - very useful and plenty of crockery etc. It was very warm and there was plenty of hot water. Showers worked well.
Maintenance needed a bit of upgrading. Key safe very tricky to operate. The standard of cleaning was not immaculate, only minor and could easily be dealt with.

Great location, loads of space, ideal for large families/groups
A little tired in areas of the building, toilets a little noisy when flushed.

Great Location, just across the road from the seafront. An easy walk down to the pier and into town. Lots of space for seven of us (three generations), and parking permits for two cars. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and sofas. We spent lots of time in the upstairs lounge, looking out to the sea.
The property used to be two flats, so has a kitchen and bathroom on each floor.
We really liked the house but it was sadly let down by cleaning and maintenance.
Bedding and towels were fresh but the house could do with a deep clean. We needed to clean out the plug holes in both baths because the plugs wouldn’t close or drain water. The insides of the windows were dirty and we had to clean the floor into the utility room after slipping on it because it was so greasy.
Front and back gardens looked uncared for.
It’s a real shame because this is a lovely property and with a bit more care and eye for detail, it could be amazing.
