It was a lovely little flat with lots of nice touches.
The sofa bed needs replacing its very bent and we were scared to sit on it. Some tea and coffee would have been good.

The Location was great for our needs, we were allowed to book in a little early as we arrived a bit sooner than we thought we would. Place seemed reasonably well kept. clean and tidy and was quite a nice place to stay in general. The main bed was quite comfortable. Clean towels, fresh soap etc were all available, was a pleasant experience to stay here
Some better facilities in the kitchen would have been good, there was no microwave, oven or grill, only a stove top available. The second bed was broken and should really be replaced. Other than that everything was great.

The man area with the bed and TV was nicely decorated and it was an overall clean space.
I had to constantly ask the property owner for simple details such as how to check in, as they did not tell me until I had to message them on the day. The heating was not working so once again had to ask someone to come down and fix it for us. The shower was leaking once turned on and wet all of the floor. When checking out, the shop we had to drop the key off was closed even though we left the property at 11am as requested by them. After several phone calls the owner finally answered clearly half asleep saying to just leave the key under some boxes of water outside the shop. Was a nice stay, thank god we only stayed for one night as any longer wouldn’t have been a great stay.
