Excellent location
The living room is loud and the sofa is uncomfortable. It was not clean and the kitchen ware is old and not sufficient equipment. A filter coffee machine would be welcome. The toilet has no vantilator for fresh air. No spare bedclothing was available. The duvets and cushions were very old. The bedroom is quite but cold is coming from window and wall. The water in bathroom is not hot enough. The dinner table is somehow always sticky. No sound isolation on the windows. If location is a priority then it is excellent. If not then too expensive. Some new bedclothings and dishes are needed. The plates are ceramic but scratched which is unhealthy. We were 3 but got 2 towels
