Great location, handy for central London. Free parking.
Complicated check-in instructions which need to be updated. A bit sad and unloved. Lots of fixing to be done. But comfortable in its own way. Value for money - probably, for London

- Doubled glazzed so that much noisy from street
- Well heated
- Free parking (if spot available)
- A bit difficult to access (steep stairs)
- Some noise and smoke smell from the upper floor
