Super cute. Clever use of space. Very comfortable.
Perfect location.
Agree though with the warnings that the bed is not for the claustrophobic or those who are no longer nimble. Personally I loved the sleeping space. Very cozy and comfortable.

Excellent check in system, very easy. Perfect location to be walking around to almost every top 10 spot in London. Very comfortable apartment.
The distance between the mattress and the ceiling is a bit tight, but a good rest is possible.

The location is great and the owner seems to be ready to help. The kettle wasn't working and they replaced it really fast.
The fridge is really big and works great. The couch was okay and the internet was okay.
If we disregard the too cluttered apartment, it was clean.
The apartment is too cluttered. The bedroom has a really low ceiling (you have to crawl to the bed, which is actually just a mattress without a bed frame).
There are no real closets with shelves.
The kitchen is very poorly equiped with only one pot and no pans. There is no kitchen table and there is only one chair.
It seems like the apartment is used a storage for stuff that wasn't necessary anymore.
