Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quite and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.
Kona Plaza Condominium Complex has a great pool with lounge chairs & 2 BBQ decks with great views of the ocean/mountain.

The Air conditioner never worked right. We were always hot. A couple people came to try and help; but it never did.

The apartment was perfectly fitted out for two couples, spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The key for the lift to the garage was a bit tricky but we managed to get it to work most days.
Great location for walking out to get dinner or drinks.

The place was very clean and exactly how it was pictured. We had a problem with our WiFi and they sent someone over right away to take care of it. He was very nice. The place is located at a great spot that if on a down day you can walk to shops , food and entertainment!! I would recommend this place.

The location and price of this unit cannot be beat. There were some unexpected maintenance issues that occurred during our stay, but the management company was quick to address them. All in all, highly recommend.
