Please indicate that the pool key also gives access to garbage enclosure.Please advise location of beach chairs; boogie boards; other beach items on upstairs lanai/balcony.Only two (2)teaspoons.Downstairs (Main Room) A/C unit is inadequate and very noisy.Please provide detailed instructions for TV/Cable/Sound Bar use.Bathroom Scale needs new battery.No dishwasher; checkout instructions direct occupant to run dishwasher.Well appointed kitchen cookware.Well supplied linens and towels.Well appointed furnishings.Lots of extras, recreational, laundry and dish soap, TP, etc….

Nice condo! Great location for us as it was pretty central to all of the activities we were scheduled to do. Lots of local shopping and close to Costco and Walmart.

Overall, the unit was reasonable. Good points - Good location near the main restaurant strip in Kailua. Great ocean view. Nice balcony off the main bedroom. Convenient parking next to building. “Community” BBQ was very clean and worked well (but somewhat inconvenient to use since it is not in the unit). Good selection of TV stations available - TV speakers do need to be replaced. Master bedroom A/C worked well. Good kitchen supplies (plates, appliances, pots/pans). Instructions were good. Bug/pest problem noted in other reviews appears to have been addressed - found only one dead cockroach during 7 day stay. ISSUES - 2nd bedroom mattress was terrible (very soft, collapsed to the middle). Main floor A/C was small, did not cool the room at all. Water pipes had a frequent, loud, aggravating squeal. Information requested by the management company was excessive/intrusive (trip information form). Have not been asked for that much information from any other vacation rental we have used.
