Room was spotless Furnished with everything we could need.
Great Ocean views,Ocean breezes and the sounds of the ocean waves ,so close to the town made this a memorable stay!

Pros- Great location, nice balcony, nice pool, walking distance to everything.
Cons- just a little outdated decor and smelled like someone had smoked in there

Everything was pretty good. The only issue that I had was that the place smelled like old cigarettes or cigars musty smell.

The room and view were wonderful, however the central air conditioning is under repair. There was a portable AC unit in the bedroom but the cool air did not reach the living room. The thermostat read 81-85 degrees indoors during our trip!
To be fair, the association informed us of the AC repair, but AFTER we made the reservation.
