Customer Service was great. The overall location was amazing and the condition of the condo property and condo were great.
We had a weird smell in the condo and had to use an air fresher to mask the smell but the condo management company did a great job of handling the situation.

Very beautiful apartment overlooking the beach from the balcony. The beach was very close to the apartment. The indoor laundry was amazing and worked properly.The bedroom had ac which worked properly. The kitchen is packed nicely (pots and pans only) not any spices.
The ac worked perfectly in the living room.
The biggest disappointment was the internet. It didn’t work at all. We couldn’t even load emails. This is how bad the internet was. We had to buy mobile data for the week.
The pictures shown in booking.com is not the apartment we got. The company had multiple apartments in the compound.
The bedroom windows didn’t close. It was loud when people were walking by and cars driving in the morning.

Superb 1br condo on the West shore, next to Honl's Beach. Ali'i Drive is a bit noisy, but, otherwise, the facility was well appointed, super clean, and in a good, central location in Kailua-Kona.
Management took good care of us, we had no ongoing concerns.

It was quiet and relaxing
The Internet was out the entire time we were there, even after I spent an entire morning, trying to figure out how to restart it at the direction of the property managers
