Located on the south side of the inner Hokianga Harbour, 450north is our offering to you: a single, beautifully designed architectural pavilion called Kūkupa, crafted to provide complete privacy, comfort, and immersion in the natural world. Every detail is about helping you unwind, explore, and reconnect with simplicity and beauty. The views are breathtaking from every room, overlooking the majestic harbour. Often you will hear nothing more than the birdsong, and the lap of the harbour tides.
With floor to ceiling glass windows in both the bedroom and living area, you'll enjoy unparalleled views over the harbour, complete privacy and exceptional comfort.
