About this house rental
This whanau style holiday home in Ōmāpere has all your whanau needs for a comfortable stay. GB’s Grand Bach is located on Pakia Hill overlooking the magnificent Hokianga Harbour and only a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, boat ramp, Heads Hokianga and Gas Station. GB’s Grand Bach is located on Bryers whenua, historically built as Panorama Tearooms in 1982 and more recently run as The Schooner Café. Enjoyed throughout the years by whanau, friends and travellers.
Sit on our large private deck and take in the views of the beautiful Hokianga Harbour.
Ample Car parking with room to park the boat and Jet ski.
GB’s Grand Bach caters for families with 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds, and a communal whanau room that sleeps up to 6 people, with 4 single beds, and a set of single bunks. We have a portable cot available on request. This house boast a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet in each, and laundry facilities.
Guest accommodation at GB’s offers TV with Freeview, BBQ, Heat pump, Iron and Ironing Board, Bedding. This accommodation is furnished with dining tables and breakfast bar, Kitchens offer fridges, stovetops, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils.

Little houses also available to book – information by request only
Owner lives on site, however you will have the entire dwelling to yourselves.
Strictly no parties or oversized gatherings.

He wāhi pai, he ātaahua te tirohanga, he mā te whare, he hāneanea te noho, kei te whare ngā mea katoa e hiahiatia ana. Ka mutu ko te kaiwhakahaere, ko Kelly, he wāhine pai. Great location, beautiful views, very clean, well set up and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kelly the manager is great to deal with.

We had a fantastic time! The place was lovely, with outstanding views and a perfect location—close to the market, coffee shops, and just a short walk to the Arai te Uru summit. It's the ideal spot to relax and enjoy quality family time.We will definitely be back!
