About this house rental
Doubtless Views is a large family home set on a regularly maintained 1.7 acre private garden estate with an unobstructed 180 degree view of Doubtless Bay in it's entirety, from Tokerau Beach right round to the village at Hihi and all in between. A seagull's view of the bay and like the bird, just a few minutes from being under the shady Pohutukawas that overhang the sand at Cable Bay and Coopers Beach.
The open plan cathedral ceiling lounge and dining area, downstairs apartment and 3 of the 4 upstairs bedrooms take in the massive view. There is a 50 metre long strip of flowering flax beneath the deck, a Tui Mecca. The property has recently been purchased by an overseas couple. The quality chattels are all new and they've spared no expense. Furniture, white goods, beds, TV, outdoor furniture, the BBQ, right down to the crisp sheets and bath linen, it's all brand new. Your Netflix, Sky, TV on demand etc subscriptions can be cast from your device to the new 50" Smart TV and unlimited speedy VDSL broadband. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and deck access. The main and apartment bathrooms were completely refurbished in October 2017. Garaging for 3 cars/boats, two end to end in the long garage and for larger groups, the air conditioned apartment downstairs sleeps 2 in their own private space. The quality new beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 and the apartment are dual-purpose. They can be set either as long singles or made up with a thick topper to create super king size double beds.
Some folk like to holiday in amongst the Summer melee, right on the coast. Others like to take a step back at the end of a sun-soaked day. To the high ground and as the BBQ sizzles, point out and discuss destinations for tomorrow's adventure. If you're the later, Doubtless Views is for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was very comfortable, especially the beds, and the view was captivating. It made for a very relaxing holiday. The kids loved exploring the garden, kicking a ball around in the garden, and visiting the gentle natured horse next door. Communication with David was excellent. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

The location and setting of the property suited us perfectly after a tiring day fishing to return back to the comfort and serenity of the property was amazing..... would highly recommend for any group be it family or Fishing mates

Shops nearby. Gas bottle lasted 2 hours. Second day a couple of us had to buy extra blankets. The place had a musky smell. We dare not leave our clothes in the wardrobe.
