Our recent stay at this apartment was unfortunately quite disappointing due to several issues that significantly impacted our comfort and experience.
Upon arrival, we faced an immediate inconvenience as it took the owner approximately 15 minutes to provide us with the correct access code for the flat, causing an unnecessary delay.
Once inside, we found the apartment's cleanliness to be subpar. This was a major concern, as a clean environment is fundamental for any rental. Furthermore, we experienced a complete lack of hot water during the night, which was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable.
The comfort of the beds was also an issue, as they were not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To add to the minor frustrations, the TV remote control was missing batteries, preventing us from using it.
Overall, these issues combined led to a less than satisfactory experience. We hope these points are addressed for future guests.
