Excellent location. Only a 3 minute walk to St Lazaros church and a 5 minute walk to Finnikoudas beach. Mario was a great host, helpful, friendly and amenable. High praise must also go to Lydia for keeping the premises immaculately clean.
The fixtures and furniture was basic and dated, but the location made up for that.

I arrived a lot earlier and the host was very accommodating.
The WiFi speed was very good.
The room was clean and there were no pests.
The hotel is located in a quiet street, there was no traffic noise.
The room was pretty spacious and had all the amenities you'd want even for a longer stay.
The neighbors were pretty loud. I don't know if they were permanent residents or just other guests.
There were no mosquito nets on the windows (standard for Cyprus, unfortunately).
