Everything was great, the space was really nice and plenty of room for two, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The place was clean and the balcony area was nice too. Location was excellent, right near the sea and a bunch of restaurants, and there was a mini market right opposite. I didn't use any of the appliances but they all looked fine. Wifi was good, it felt safe there, and the welcome instructions and page were helpful. Obviously not a luxury hotel but great value for money, couldn't fault it.
If I had to nitpick I'd say the pillows were a little flat, but if that's all I can criticise you know it's good!

The room was spacious and offered a comfortable amount of space throughout the stay. The location is literally in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything, which made it extremely convenient.
The room was also well-equipped with useful amenities, including a washing machine (but not detergent), a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, and stovetops, making the stay practical and convenient.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not satisfactory due to several comfort-related issues.
First of all, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature. This significantly affected the overall quality of our stay. Additionally, there was only one pillow provided per guest, which was insufficient, and there was no option to request extra pillows.
The bed was too small for two adults, making it uncomfortable and negatively impacting our sleep quality. Another major issue was the poor sound insulation, as outside noise could easily be heard inside the room.
Moreover, the blinds did not provide adequate blackout coverage. There were gaps between them that allowed light to enter the room. This was not only a problem in the early morning, but also during the night, as the hotel’s facade was brightly illuminated, and the light penetrated the room continuously.
Overall, there are several fundamental comfort issues that need improvement in order for the hotel to meet basic guest expectations.
