The host was incredibly supportive and helpful. We had an early flight, and she kindly kept our luggage until the room was ready, which we really appreciated. She also checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and encouraged us to reach out if we needed any assistance.
The location is fantastic — very close to the beach and all the main attractions. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth, and there is a functional elevator (which was very helpful as the room is on the 4th floor). Also, there was a wide range of TV channels available from many countries and the kitchen area was well equiped for those interested in cooking.
The room (Apartment 7B) was unfortunately much smaller than expected. There was a constant damp and mouldy smell throughout our stay, which made the space feel uncomfortable. The bathroom has no window and only a very small fan, which seemed insufficient, and there was a noticeable drain/pipe odour all the time.
The shower doors were not functioning properly and would benefit from maintenance or renovation. Although a dehumidifier was provided, it did not significantly improve the humidity levels. We stayed in February during a few rainy days, which may have contributed, but the room still felt very humid despite frequently keeping the balcony door open.
Noise insulation was also an issue. There was considerable noise from outside even with the balcony doors closed, and sounds from the room across the hallway were clearly audible, suggesting limited soundproofing.
Overall, the property has potential, but improvements in ventilation, maintenance, and sound insulation would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Even salt and pepper - which is quite rare these days. So we were able to cook our own breakfasts.
The location is excellent - close to the best cafés in the city, the waterfront, and the bus station.
It was a bit difficult to figure out how the hot water heating system worked, but the administration was helpful and everything was resolved.
The towels and kitchen items need to be replaced.
