Clean. Spacious. Staff were friendly. Very quiet and comfortable. Able to send your Taobao goods to hotel early as they store in storeroom.
One of the staff thought I wasn’t coming and cancelled my room around 9pm, but I arrived 9.45pm. Thankfully the other staff able to rectify and arrange a room quickly.
Also had to dig through Taobao parcels myself. Will be nice if staff can arrange and send to room instead.

I like the bed..so comfy, the big miror outside the bathroom makes us could do a make up properly with the good lighting. The room quite spacious..very clean and neat. The staff very helpfull and informative. The location was good, nearby there is some resto and mini market. Next time will stay at this hotel if I visit Hangzhou.
Must be carefull wheter booked a Didi transportation because there are so many branch of this hotel. We wrongly came to another branch from the airport to this hotel.

Todo. Esta guay la habitación, la cama buenísima, todo limpio y la localización estupendisima.
La foto que sale de la entrada del hotel con las lucecitas que da tan buena impresión: Es mentira. En otra foto que sale el edificio entero se ve cómo es realmente la entrada y tiene un poco de pinta rollo comunista de los años 70. Eso confunde mucho al llegar, pero que eso no te eche para atrás porque todo lo demás es estupendo.
