Really nice clean and modern hotel. Great location too about a 6 minute walk to the nearest subway station. We really liked the self-service laundry room, which was very clean and had up-to-date appliances. Staff were super welcoming and helpful.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast is great too. And the customer service is excellent!
The location could be abit far from the Westlake where the main attraction and shopping are located at. The nearest MRT station is about 10-15 mins from Wulin Men station. And lastly the aircond in the room does not fix at the temperature that we adjusted , it will stop if the adjusted temperature is higher that the central temperature. Very complicated!

WLAN funktionierte nicht, obwohl angegeben ist dass es ein Restaurant gibt, gibt es nur Frühstück. Englisch spricht nur die Stimme im Aufzug
