I would highly recommend this hotel to others. The customer service is excellent, and the front desk staff are both friendly and efficient — especially ** and ***. They handle issues promptly and maintain a warm attitude despite working long hours. However, pls book the rooms with inner view and not the rooms facing Highway , very noisy I also noticed that the front desk team stands throughout their entire shift with no chairs provided. Could the management kindly look into this and consider providing them with seating? Thanks to the front desk staff that always polite and serve with smiling face

Pros: 1. The room was clean and comfortable. 2. Staff were very helpful — even the security guard assisted with carrying our luggage from the drop-off point to the check-in area. Excellent service overall. 3. Good value for money. Cons: 1. I requested rooms on the same floor, but later found out that the staff couldn’t read the English request in the Agoda booking, so we were given rooms on different floors. Writing the request in Chinese might help avoid this issue. 2. The toilet and shower are in separate areas — I personally prefer them combined. Perhaps there are diff erent layout that I didn’t realised. 3. Some tour service agents in the lobby kept approaching us to promote their packages. It can be a bit bothersome if you’re not interested, but good if you do need it.

The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. They greet you warmly and offer assistance every time they see you. Also like the free laundry self service facilities. One negative is the inconvenience being a bit far from the metro.
