Property is very good located. 10 min walk to ferry and 15 min to train station SanGiovanni All around the place you can find all stores and places to eat. Place is clean, has a lot of facilities (as described). Great view. Giorgio gives good instructions for check in.
Shower is very small (will be hard to use from a very tall or big person). The place is pretty loud, as there are bars just under the terrace in one of the bedrooms. In the instructions it was mentioned that we can leave at 10.30 in the morning, but the cleaning lady came at 10 at was pretty rude telling us to leave immediately.

En una habitación , por las noches, se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle, de la gente que cena en las terrazas de los restaurantes.
La entrada al edificio un poco sucia y no hay ascensor .
