Location close to the center, and pretty calm.
Cleanliness should be slightly improved (probably never cleaned under the beds, dead bugs here and there)
Heater did not turn on, and the air conditioner has only cold mode
Lack of good parking facility in the area (but not really the fault of the property owners)
The city itself - difficult to find pleasant restaurants, high prices for shitty food in the center

This apartment was very close to everything we wanted to see and experience. It was clean and they were great to allow us to check in earlier than the usual check in time.
Close to the train station and old town.
We appreciated the instructions and communication from the host.
It wasn’t an issue, but guests should be aware that the neighbor is a little older and has a quiet time so noise should be very minimal. :)
