Very big duplex studio, with all essential equipments you need to stay with your family at the heart of Como. The host was also very nice and welcoming, even though there is no 24/7 reception. It was clean and with hot water.
We stayed there during Easter break (high season of course) and it was overpriced in my opinion. There was no dishwasher. No elevator (kind of Ok since the flats are located on the 1st floor). The sofa bed was also noisy (because of the metal springs).

Comfortable with air conditioner, clean, and enough big apartment in old town.Location is convinient near Carfurre market and many restaurants.
When it rained a lot at night, it sounded strongly in bed room.

Access to small garden area, well equipped room wish washing machine and kitchen appliances
The second bed was not very comfortable, it was difficult to get there with the car even to load and unload, the overall feeling in the room was quite cold / industrial, like a hallway rather than room, check in was very unfriendly
