The place was exactly beside the main square/ duomo so you will find everything near you. Our apartment has a terrace so it was lovely having breakfast. The amenities were beyond satisfied & clean which is a very good thing. Anyone with family members can easily accommodate themselves.

Central Como location but noisy until late and from very early in morning. Spacious, well appointed apartment let down by an obdurate letting agent who seemed unwilling to get involved.
Unhelpful app to check in, ended up emailing photos to agent. Unable to use safe and was told 'no-one else had asked to use it before'; then told that 'all Como residents were holiday makers and there was no need to use the safe', eventually (3 days) the key arrived. Reported lights not working but not resolved prior to checking out. No cleaning materials available in apartment and, on asking about clean towels, was told - 'this is not a hotel, we are a letting agency'.
I would never book another apartment through this agent.
