Great location!!! Was hot (80 degrees) and stuffy upon our arrival. The smells dissipated once we cooled it down. Only one cockroach (in bathroom) not bad for ground floor! Bring your own soap/bodywash. All else was GREAT!

Beautiful gated property close to beaches, we were able to watch dolphins in the morning while sipping coffee & the property had a salt pool & pool. Beautiful place to watch the sunsets & it also had the amenities: washer & dryer, dish washer, and a beautiful kitchen.

Two triathletes stayed for nine nights to race the Ironman World Championship in Kona. The building is over 60 years old, but maintained well. The common area is useful with a small beach and pools. The sunset is gorgeous. The down sides are noise from neighbors and not enough parking space.
