About this house rental
The holiday home is located in a quiet area of Tiftlingerode, a district of Duderstadt, and is less than 2 kilometers from Duderstadt’s historic town center.
It is our neighboring house, which we purchased and renovated. The layout is as follows:
Bedroom 1:
1 double bed (180x200), 2 bedside tables, TV, table and chairs
Bedroom 2:
2 single beds (90x200), bedside table, TV, small table football/pool table/air shuffle
Bedroom 3 (Studio):
1 single bed (90x200), pull-out bed for children, TV, bedside table, large desk, stool
Bar or Bedroom 4:
1 double sofa bed with slatted frame (160x200), bar
Sauna or Bedroom 5:
1 folding bed (80x190) OR two wellness loungers, 4-person sauna, TV
Living room:
Large corner sofa, TV, dining area, and if needed, 1 folding bed (80x190)
Bathroom (Ground Floor):
1 bathtub/shower, 1 toilet, 1 sink
Toilet (Upper Floor):
1 toilet, 1 sink, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron – no shower or bathtub
Kitchen:
Fridge, oven, stove, extractor fan, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, sandwich maker, PerfectDraft beer dispenser
The maximum occupancy is 9 people, but it will be quite tight at full capacity. Five people can sleep in "real" beds, two on the double sofa bed, and two on folding beds.
Outside, there is a seating area for 5 people, but additional chairs can be added.
Bed linen and towels can be provided (freshly washed, not ironed). Since we don’t always know in advance which bed/room combinations are preferred, beds must be made up by the guests themselves.
The 4-person sauna is available for use, but the electricity costs must be covered by the tenant.
The holiday home itself has only a small garden, but right next door is a large community lawn with a volleyball net, plenty of space for playing football, and a very well-equipped playground.
