About this house rental
Our cottage is part of the old town of the historic half-timbered town Duderstadt. Located in a quiet side street, it is quiet, but still close to the center. The pedestrian zone
they can be reached in three minutes on foot.
Built around 1520 and newly renovated or restored in 2013 and 2014, the house has a very special charm. The 124 square meters of living space are divided into three floors. Each floor has a modern shower room or on the ground floor a guest toilet with vanity and washing machine.
The Mediterranean, partially covered courtyard invites you to relax or barbecue and offers the smoking guest a pleasant ambience in the fresh air.
The house is furnished for up to eight persons (6 + 2). In total there are three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds) for six adults. In the living room can be placed on request for another two adults on the comfortable sofa bed. Each bedroom and the living room have a TV with satellite channels.
In the whole house you have free Wi-Fi available.
A baby travel bed is available. The kitchen and the dining room are also designed for six to eight people. Pets are not allowed!

Es hat einen besonderen Reiz, Urlaub in der historischen Altstadt in einem mehrere hundert Jahre altem Fachwerkhaus zu machen. Zwar muss man sich an bauliche Einschränkungen (Raumhöhe) gewöhnen, aber wir fanden eine umfassend eingerichtete saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung vor, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt trägt ein Übriges dazu bei. Die Wohnungsübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ausgesprochen freundlich. Fazit: Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen.
Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, das Haus war sauber, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte wunderbar. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auf jeden Fall eine Unterkunft, die wir weiter empfehlen können.

Das Fachwerkhäuschen in der Altstadt von Duderstadt ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstversorgung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hat uns alles gezeigt und war immer ansprechbar, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Parkplatz, der zur Unterkunft gehört, ist schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Duderstadt ist ein sehr schönes Fachwerkstädtchen, hat eine schöne Fußgängerzone und bietet einiges an Attraktionen. Einfach bei der Gästeinformation im Rathaus nachfragen, das freundliche Personal ist für alle Fragen offen.
