About this farm stay rental
Our 2014 finished farmhouse is located in the idyllic Unstrutaue. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger and relax. In the guest house, we offer permanently up to 6 beds on the upper floor. These can be divided by optical dividers if desired. Both single and double beds are available. Even larger groups could be accommodated by prior arrangement. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a cozy clay wood stove, which provides for cooler days on warm days. A disabled bathroom with open shower, urinal, toilet and sink offers the usual standard.
During the construction of the holiday home, care was taken that natural materials such as clay, wood and stone predominate. The colors are also 100% natural. A traditional reconstruction of the former farmstead was in the foreground. The furniture - except the beds - was lovingly collected from old pieces of furniture, all of which have a story to tell.
Several dwarf cattle, chickens, two dogs and two cats are currently living on our farm.

Der Innenhof lädt zum Aufhalten ein, die Küche hat alles Nötige aufgewiesen und die Dusche hat zuverlässig warmes Wasser geliefert. Durch die Fußbodenheizung hat man auch keine kalten Füße gekriegt :-) Im Erdgeschoß ist der Aufenthaltsbereich angesiedelt, im offenen OG der Fernseh- und der Schlafbereich. Durch den großzügigen Schnitt des Obergeschosses ist es auch nicht schlimm zu bis zu sechst darin zu schlafen. Erwähnenswert ist noch die Katze, die tunlichst nicht ins Haus sollte.

Super unkomplizierter Check in, ein herzlicher Vermieter, ein grosser Garten, eine überdachte Terrasse, Frühstück draußen in der Sonne am großen Tisch, ein sehr gemütliches Haus, ein großes Bad und eine total verschmußte
Katze. Es war eine schöne Zeit in Altengottern. Wir haben von hier aus das volle Touri-Programm absolviert: Viele Spaziergang im Hainich, an der Werra, Mühlhausen, Creuzburg, Wartburg, Eisenach, Bad Langensalza etc... und die bemerkenswert schöne Thüringer Architektur hat uns begeistert.
Das Gästehaus Bärenfang können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schön ausgebautes altes Haus, mit offensichtlich viel Mühe und Liebe fürs Detail. Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen.
