About this apartment rental

Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Grenzlandmuseum Bad Sachsa, or easily tackle the quick 5-minute drive to Bad Sachsa Fairy Tale Ground.

This 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a living room and a BBQ grill. Connect to the WiFi, or get cozy in front of the cable/satellite TV; there's also a stereo. We have stayed here several times now with our hosts Thomas and Sabine and will definitely be back. Great house in a great location of the Harz Mountains. Fewo Kranich is located within walking distance of many restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the main supermarket. Bad Sachsa is in a great location to explore the Harz region be it on foot, bicycle or as in our case motorcycle.

We as a group of 4 bikers have returned to Fewo Kranich for a second year. The owner Thomas was very helpful/attentive and was at the property to greet us on our arrival. The property has ample parking for 4 to 6 motorbikes on the driveway. The property is in a great location to discover the Harz region and is very close to all amenities in Bad Sachsa, bar/restaurants are less than 5 minute walk from the property. We will certainly be staying here again upon our return.

Bad Sacha is a nice little town in a beautiful area. We only had access to 3 rooms and not 4, which was advertised. We were given one towel each for the whole week, where it would have been nice to have more fresh towels. We had to pay a deposit of 100 euros on arrival, which we were not aware of. The apartment was nice and cool on hot days but also seemed a bit cold and damp on cool days. A nice apartment for the price though and the area was wonderful.
