About this house rental
Earthspring is a modern luxury eco home with beautiful interiors and hand made wooden features including balcony and kitchen. It has a very relaxed and welcome feel. The open plan living space is light and spacious with wood burner kitchen and dining area. Floor to ceiling windows open out onto a large deck and forest garden with wildflower meadow. On the deck is BBQ, fire pit and seating. The whole principle of the downstairs space is one of 'indoor /outdoor' living with easy movement between them. Flexible rooms on ground and first floor allow for different configurations of guests to stay from families to adults sharing. There is a downstairs shower and bathroom. A retreat in the heart of Totnes with the market, high street boutique shops cafes and restaurants a 5 min walk away. Parking space for two cars. Ten mins from the River Dart and the beautiful Dartington deer park, 30 mins from the stunning South Hams coast and Dartmoor. Totnes also has a Trainline for easy access. Earthspring was purpose built by owners Ruth and Ben working with Architect Helen Lucas and local Eco builders Terra Perma. We designed the house to be welcoming and accessible for all ages and generations and it is loved by all who visit.
