Totnes is a great location to meet up and relax, as well as being a good base to explore the surronding area, whether it’s the south hams, the coastline or beautiful Dartmoor.

Please be aware this is our family home it isn’t perfect, you’ll find imperfections but it’s well loved and we hope you’ll love it too.

The dining table seats 8 and a high chair is available on request, the fridge also has a fully functional ice dispenser which children seem to love!

Double ensuite - At the top of the house, with a king size bed and its own en-suite this room is a gorgeous sanctuary with broad sweeping views out over Dartmoor

Double Room - With a king size bed and a beautiful view across the garden and to the farmland above the house this is a lovely room which catches the sun

Bunk Room 1 - This bunk room is equipped with a smart TV and views across the valley with Dartmoor on the horizon are stunning

Bunk Room 2 - This is a cosy bunk room with a small bureau and shares has a view of the main garden
