The location was great. Bathroom very good Bedrooms a little on the small side
one of the beds is more like a camp bed, I'm only 5 feet tall but my feet hung out of the bottom end. Also the mattresses on both single beds were very poor quality making it very difficult to sleep on.

Very damp nothing dried - towels Made you feel like you were in an old peoples home Advertised 1 double & one twin but the twin is a single & the other bed is a camp bed you need to have in living room & make yourself Smoke alarm went off for no reason from crack of dawn Cant park owners car & your own if 4x4 on drive but car park opposite
